the Plains of Perdition (“Perdition”), the second and the third of the Sister Sinkers, whose histories are still being written,
Chronicling the arrival of
Rhaza in Perdition within minutes of the region’s existence being broadcast across the multiverse, leading a coalition supported by
Europeia,
The League &
Concord,
10000 Islands,
Balder,
The Land of Kings and Emperors,
the Order of the Grey Wardens, and many other regions,
Astounded at the forces brought to bear on such short notice, such that Rhaza was able to accumulate 124 endorsements within five hours and climb further to 170 within forty-eight hours,
Recalling
Terannical’s arrival in the Outback alongside a coalition comprised of
the West Pacific,
The North Pacific, and their allies,
Praising these regions' participation in this operation, securing 72 and 112 endorsements for Terannical during the five and forty-eight hour periods respectively,
Astonished at the role these young regions have played in the establishment of the Sovereign Seven voting bloc, affording the nascent Sinkers outsized influence over the future direction of the World Assembly,
Hereby,
Acclaims Rhaza as the legitimate native Delegate of the Plains of Perdition and Terannical’s successor
Walkabout as the legitimate native Delegate of the Outback,
Recognizes the Primarchy of Perdition and the Government of the Outback as the legitimate and sovereign regimes of their respective regions,
Acknowledges March 10th as Perdition’s Independence Day, when the last foreign soldiers departed from the region,
Anticipating with glee the imminent day when the Outback will celebrate a similar story of success, in spite of a tumultuous birth which would have felled lesser governments,
Compliments the new regions on their commitment to mutual respect, peace, and collaboration, exemplified in their Treaty of the Twins,
Lauds Perdition, the Outback, and
the Rejected Realms for embracing this commitment to mutual prosperity across the Sinkers, as evidenced by their Statement on Sister Sinkers and non-extradition agreements,
Congratulates Perdition and the Outback on their success in solidifying relationships with several key regions beyond their Sisters, including 10000 Islands, Balder, Europeia, and the West Pacific, and
Wishes the governments of both regions well as they make their mark on the history of the multiverse.
