The 12-hour-long challenge period has now passed, and the Election Commission is now ready to vote on whether or not to certify the November 2024 Special Election Results as given to them by the Election Supervisors, per Section 4, Clause 10 of Election Commission law:
The vote will have two options, option A or option B:
A. The results of the November 2024 Special Election are certified.
B. The results of the November 2024 Special Election are rejected.
Every non-absent commissioner may vote. The vote will either end 24 hours after its beginning, which is at (time=1732566720), or when an absolute majority of non-absent commissioners have voted. The election results are available for commissioners to view in this sheet.
To certify the results, the Election Supervisors will promptly present the results of the election to the Election Commission for certification by majority vote.
