This swag body,

Noting that international member state debates continue to become mired with topics pertaining to the use or abuse of corpses.

Further noting that these legislative conversations often take a dark, twisted, and unnecessary turn.

Perpetually bored by these weirdly niche topics and truly wondering why any person would spend that much time stewing on them.

Declares with one voice that we are tired of talking about cannibalism and necrophilia.

Please make it stop.

Overview
This proposal expresses the Security Council's umbrage towards the many proposals on the subject of cannibalism which have reached the floor of the General Assembly. Various authors have tried different approaches for this topic, but this resolution expresses a different sentiment, expressed best in its final line: "[p]lease make it stop" (emphasis in the original.)

Recommendation
While the sentiment expressed in this resolution is admirable — we are indeed all "tired of talking about cannibalism and necrophilia" — a further resolution on this subject does not actually advance the stated goal of this declaration. If you want to stop proposals about cannibalism, the solution isn't to submit another one on the subject — it's to not submit any, and campaign against anyone else's cannibalism resolution.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote AGAINST the GA proposal at vote, "Declaration on Cannibalism".

This IFV Recommendation was written by Comfed in collaboration with the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs.

Please note that the resolution is from TCB's Minister of World Assembly Affairs, and we'd vote against. Also cannibalism and necrophilia are very important topics.
 
What part of "we've had enough of resolutions on the subject of cannibalism" do you not understand? Against :P
