The Security Council,

Despairing at the invasion of yet another innocent region by malignant forces,

Noting that the most recent target of this undeserved fate is the quiet region Arkana Coalition,

Understanding that without this proposal, Arkana Coalition will be prone to forcible takeover through a raider-led Governor transition, permanently depriving the region’s natives of their home,

Remembering tragic examples of this fate from times when this august body failed to take speedy action,

Knowing that this resolution will hinder the efforts of those who strive for nothing more than the total obliteration of this region and its inhabitants, who want nothing more than to coexist in peace,

Hereby Injuncts Arkana Coalition.
