I don't know what to say, but I am of the Opinion that I've changed. I'm open to further questioning from the Hon'ble Members of the Regional Assembly or those who maybe concerned in this matter.

If you want to persuade people you've changed, you should give us some evidence.

Let me just be that nice guy and tell you exactly the circumstances you are facing.

1. You applied for citizenship and the Vice Delegate failed his VD check. The Vice Delegate surely has his reasons for why he rejected you, and he has presented the case for why he has done it to the Regional Assembly. And I am very sure you know what issues you caused in the past that caused this particular rejection.
2. This is an appeal. Nobody needs to proactively probe you to figure out whether you are in the wrong. You have been considered to have done something wrong, which means, that right now, your wrongdoing is the truth. The onus is on you to proactively explain why you think you are no longer wrong (or why you are not wrong), and then show that you deserve the appeal.
3. You don't have much time. TNP Laws state that we must start a vote exactly 2 days after you have been rejected. If you can't convince us to vote to overturn your rejection, the default status is: you are rejected.

Alright, you probably know why your application has been rejected, so let's cut to the chase:
1. How has your opinion evolved on Hitler and fascism? How do you view them now?
2. Aside from the raid on Genua which you claimed that you helped coordinate, have you participated in or assisted any other anti-fascist effort on NS?
3. Do you still believe in racist conspiracies about Pakistanis or any other people?

These questions are directly related to past events that I assume you know well, so if you want to prove that you have changed, please answer them truthfully. Those events tip the scales very heavily against you, but since they were all 3 years ago you have a chance to make a case here.

Firstly, this might help: https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9194877/post-10640219
It's intriguing when the OOC & IC lines start to blur.

Okay, so let me get to the point:
1. Firstly, I was absolutely ignorant about the gravity of the holocaust back then. And this might sound funny but I liked Hitler back then because I was myself a vegetarian....vegetarians converge :hysterical:

Okay, so jokes aside, I didn't know what exactly fascism is. So, when phoenix who was the MoD in TSP back then, tried to educate me but yk? An 8th-grade kid has a big ego. But overtime I started to research & learn about what really happened there & this has just made me more than ever inclined to democracy, liberty & human rights. As a matter of fact, a test even on the political compass showed me as a centralist. And then I also started to do research and ended up finding that Hitler treated Indians pretty similar to Jews until of course, they were of use to him. Mussolini is another terrible guy. Melts my heart to see that few people wanted to stay in power at the cost of killing millions.

2. The Greater Hindu Empire is another one. All the operations were led by myself & the last operation was executed & planned by me in which GHE was completely annexed by India. Also, I am still in touch with a few people in Antifa, though I haven't spoken with them as of late.

3. Nahh I've got a few contacts now in Pakistan, the people are genuinely nice after all we all have the same roots. And it's fun to see how their military tries to do things. As a matter of fact I'm learning Mandarin, HSK Level 2. So, there ain't any room for sinophobia. Also, immediately after the TSP ban I was contemplating when I came across Gautama Buddha & that's a different story. Now, I'm too much into Yoga.

I see, so your political compass test showed you as a centrist? How would you describe your current beliefs?

I honestly, don't identify myself in OOC with any political ideology. It's just futile I feel, ultimately we're all humans so I don't get the rationale of having one particular ideology or some funny name with an ism after it & then going out like some warrior fighting for it. We can do a lot for everyone as a human rather than some "ist" by that I mean some "nationalist" or some "Leninist". Of course, Indian Nationalism is different from other forms of Nationalism in the world because in other parts it is about one particular ethnicity, however, in India nothing is common. The languages have their dialects change every 20 miles & it keeps changing, people have all different ethnicities. So, Indian Nationalism is basically Unity in Diversity. Today we've our Republic Day, so it's more about keeping the castes, religions, ethnicities, and lingual identities aside & just uniting under the National Flag. So, a different sense of empowerment I feel. Uniting together as humans is even better. That's what India stands for when we say, "The World is one Family" it is not about the fights in the family but being a cohesive unit. I can go further deep into this but then might sound like some philosopher. I'll love to go into the nitty gritty if you all want me to go in there.

Esteemed Members of the Regional Assembly,

I carry a heart burdened by the weight of my past actions, actions that I deeply regret and for which I take full responsibility. Four years ago, I made comments that were offensive, insensitive, and reprehensible. I openly acknowledge that these comments, particularly those related to Nazi and Fascist ideologies, were not only inappropriate but also hurtful to members of our community. In the intervening years, I have undergone significant personal growth and reflection. I've come to realize the gravity of my words and the pain they may have caused. I want to emphasize that those remarks do not reflect the person I am today, and I am committed to being an active, positive, and constructive member of our community.

I understand the decision made by the Vice Delegate, and I respect the need for accountability. However, I earnestly request the Regional Assembly to consider my genuine remorse, personal growth, and the sincere commitment I now have towards fostering a healthy and inclusive environment within our region. Redemption is a journey, and I am dedicated to demonstrating through my future actions that I have learned from my past mistakes. I am not seeking to erase the past but to build a better future within our community. If granted a second chance, I pledge to contribute positively, to engage constructively, and to uphold the values that our community holds dear.

I understand the sensitivity of the matter, and I am willing to engage in an open dialogue with the Regional Assembly and our community to address any concerns and answer any questions. I have already answered a few questions and I'm willing to answer all those that come my way. I believe in the power of redemption and the ability of individuals to learn, grow, and make amends. I humbly implore each member of the Regional Assembly to consider my request for a second chance with an open heart and mind. Together, we can move forward, fostering an environment of understanding, forgiveness, and unity. I'm eager to contribute to ou community to further the interests of TNP in the longer run.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Whole India

Like I said, they're doing fine. Their conditions are terrible speaking economically. Otherwise few are great folks there
Fair enough, I appreciate the response. Given you seem to be a politically active person, would you call yourself a member of or supporter of the political party BJP?

What's your opinion on the BJP if you have one, regardless of membership status?

Thank you WI for your statement. I’m sure it will be taken in consideration by the Regional Assembly in tomorrow’s vote.

Following on from Tlomz, are you a, or have been a supporter of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)?

2. Aside from the raid on Genua which you claimed that you helped coordinate, have you participated in or assisted any other anti-fascist effort on NS?
I would like to state, as one of the commanders in the coalition that participated in the Genua operation, that Whole India has not participated in its coordination.

So... We're basically already being lied to by him? Excellent.

Heavy sarcasm

For clarification, I am not sure that Whole India has made this claim over the course of this current debate over his citizenship application. I think this is a claim he has made elsewhere, in the past, although it is still false.

I'm not a member of the BJP, I'm a student right now so that's not the case. And about BJP, ik how the New York Times or Washington Post would narrate about Prime Minister Modi but I'll say simply what I feel. This country after independence has seen an initial wave of democratic socialists their ideals were genuinely great but they terribly fell flat on execution. It's since 1991 that tangible economic changes are happening in India. I'll just give a few things which Ik so that those who're ideologically thinking about the situation will get a little touch of practicality.

In 1988, if, you wanted to purchase a scooter then it used to take 5-6 months at times even through some close agents in the company due to all the bureaucratic procedures back then it was in 1995 that it became a few weeks and these days max to max a week. Now, I'll be very straight, I'm seeing tangible & meaningful changes in my country & locality. Due to the "Swatcha Bharat" (Clean India) Mission, my locality happens to be cleaner than ever, it's now a very rare sight to see garbage lying on the streets. Then due to the systematic shift from a planning commission to the National Institute for Transforming India (NITI Aayog), I have seen more projects being undertaken that suit my locality such as flyovers & metros to take care of the traffic. The New Education Policy which they have introduced in 2020 is really great for students because we students are doing a donkey's work carrying a burden this is true in the sense of all the mugging up that we've to do & also in the real sense that is carrying the bag. Further repealing of obsolete colonial laws was essential which for some reason other governments ignored perhaps they had too much on their hands. And due to the Digital India initiative, I've even seen street vendors for the past 4-5 years preferring e-transactions.

Further, I absolutely empathise with the people of Ukraine & the civilians in Gaza who are stuck between Hamas, IDF & the West Bank Govt. All I can say is that India's stand was best in Indian interests because alienating Russia would cause defence supply issues in India overly making it dependent on the West & Israel is another important defence & intel partner of India so India being reactionary to what is happening around the world is not advisable.

So, I'm supportive of those policies which I perceive to be best in India's interests. Not everything is best of course & few things like demonetisation could have been done in a different way.

I used to back then, idk now. These days I prefer to keep myself apolitical with regards to organisations. The organisation played an important part during the emergency period & during the pre-independence period.

I would like to state, as one of the commanders in the coalition that participated in the Genua operation, that Whole India has not participated in its coordination.
I wasn't there in the military takeover, however, I was actively there working against them. The Vippertooth if they wish can confirm or Ellenburg screenshot makes that clear as well.

My question was based on this dispatch of WI: https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1592099
It certainly states that I had approached them & I had. And I, in my humble opinion & the best of my knowledge feel that I hadn't claimed that I was officially deployed in Genua with the WA during the raid.

Edit: Also, I'm banned or kicked from the Libcord Server which means even if I did join through WA or sent few of India's Military WAs, there is no possible way Libcord can know that we're sending our people except the WA activity, but if they were already stationed in one of the other region's jump points, no chance of knowing then.
