Request to unban whole India from the discord server.

I was given to understand you would be leaving us, thereby making further discord mod action unnecessary. If you say I was mistaken, the team will reconsider your request.

You were banned for your comments and accusations towards other ethnic groups. Can you offer us any evidence that things have changed since your Discord ban, such as activity in other regions or other ways you have positively contributed

Thank you for your concern. So, there are multiple discord servers you may check regarding my activities. The Discord India, Augustin Alliance, NS Cards, URA, United Empire of Islam, Forest, Balder, Wintercrest, Gay, Autropolis, NSGP, The Sportsbook, Anubis, NS Leaders, Thegye, Sophia, Lazarus among others. There are many other non-NS servers as well wherein I'm at times an admin.

And rather honestly, it's funny to see people still think that a person doesn't evolve after 4-5 years especially when that person was in their teenage. Perhaps, a few people stagnate for a lifetime but those exceptions don't apply to everyone. Regardless, please check these servers & the concerned admins.

As a resident of Forest, and a member of the Forest Discord. Using our discord as a case as evidence of your improvement is a largely exaggerated example of improvement, as in your 2 years stay within the discord you have sent 6 messages total, of which show neither improvement or regression, but are all completely unrelated to the purpose of this request.

While I do not have access to any of the other discords to comment on the contents of any of them, I would like to say that the feeling of mentioning such little contribution as evidence for your attempt at resolving a ban dispute comes off as rather dishonest for the entirety of the appeal.
 
Apologies for my oversight then. If the requirement is of the place wherein I've been absolutely active then it goes all the way to Discord India, Augustin Alliance, NGSP, The Sportsbook & the non-NS servers.

There is no "dishonesty" intended, it is mere oversight.

If your goal is to get this community to accept you, I would suggest that you don't make comments that may seem like an attack on other people or that demonstrate a dismissive attitude towards other people's concerns.
 
While i am open to hearing community concerns, please do not turn this into a discussion thread between the community and the person placing the request. I would ask that this thread be used for evidentiary post, such as the one @Prusmia submitted. Outside of that, my DMs are always open.

This statement seems to show a lack of understanding of this process so I will explain a bit. You were removed from Discord due to your actions and statements that were against our Community Guidelines.

When reviewing a request for a unban, we look at many things one of which is the persons history since the ban. However, it is not our duty to go find proof that a person changed, it is the responsibility of the person requesting the unban. Their actions got them banned, it is their responsibility to show improvement and change.

If we did not think people could improve or change overtime, we would not be having this conversation. We would have forum banned you and moved on.
 
The only way I feel I can prove myself is the fact that people "accept" me now. And a few things that were done by me. So, firstly I guess everyone knows here about Indusse's opinion that I've changed, so I needn't further mention that unless, of course, someone wants to see that.

During my proposed Commend Antifa proposal, I had reached out to Vippertooth & they would've outright rejected me that time if, they felt I was still some extremist or radical, however, they were helping me with the proposal is....the first evidence that I've changed.

That's why they banned me. They did acknowledge that there was something different about me. Growth as it's called. So, in August I know a fine unban is coming from that direction.

Their main nation is the Grod Islands in TLA. So, those statements speak for themselves. "I'm happy that you are not a fascist anymore."

This person doesn't need any introduction & again they would've pretty much blocked me or done something like that if back then I was a fascist. The comments at that time were a few months old but still, they conversed with me witnessing the change. You ban a kid & then the kid realizes if the kid is getting so much backlash then there is something terribly wrong in what they believe & that's where research begins.

An Old Interview & seemingly, I'm not leaving NS for the foreseeable future, but the peculiarity here is of two things. Firstly Davelands, a former WAD of the West Pacific published that interview along with pinning this dispatch on The Sportsbook's WFE. They wouldn't have done that if I was still a fascist. Repeating the word "fascist" is getting boring now :P

Now secondly there is this. If I was fascist then I would've joined the Greater Hindu Empire (GHE), but I didn't & instead played the key role in actively pulling it down. The statement does say that. And those who notice things do know about the sudden boost of WAs in GHE & then the WA CTEs & then GHE gets annexed by India. The person executing this entire drama was myself to close that place for good.

And above all, the region of India gave me a second chance & it has all but worked out for me. That community has seen I've changed. There are leftists like Grod Islands and people belonging to other religions & communities that I used to criticise back then, who have now voted for me to be the WAD this time around. 30 WA Nations aren't buffoons to endorse me. They've witnessed the change.

A commended Nation & a sitting WAD of Autropolis & one of the major people behind the URA. They said they were "personally in" which means that they knew I had changed & evolved. If I was still one of those radicals they wouldn't have been ready to work with me on a personal level.

After my ban, I had conversations with Qaz till a couple of months back on Discord. I can't find their dm at the moment but regardless they've witnessed my evolution. And they wouldn't have been conversing with me all the way till recently unless they saw something was changing. I believe this is sufficient for proving my evolution and please try to understand that my comment above which a certain individual presumed as "an attack" is nothing but a vent of my frustration. Try to be in my shoes maybe even walk a mile & see. When you know you've changed but people still keep prattling the same thing over & over again then you can't help. A person of my perseverance & patience would post such comments while someone having a paucity of both would either rant here or would just give up. Thank you & have a great day!
