[Private] Chief Justice

I'd like to give it a go, but if either you or LD want it then I will gladly step aside in favour of the more senior justices?
 
@Lord Dominator may or may not be currently serving out the term of Court-nominated RA-approved commissioner until December 8th. Why not? Because
13. The regional bar will be governed by the Bar Commission, which consists of three citizens, one a Justice of the Court elected by a majority of the Court, one appointed by the Delegate, and one appointed by the Court and confirmed by a majority of the Regional Assembly. The citizens appointed by the Delegate and the Court may not be elected government officials, but will otherwise be exempt from constitutional restrictions on holding multiple government offices for purposes of their appointment to the Bar Commission.

I think we need to first replace LD then appoint one of us to their seat.

My first thought of who we could appoint who isn't an elected official is @Pallaith. We could also consider some of the alternative options for Justice from the last election - @Just a Lore or @Bobberino.
 
I do apologize, I completely missed the question. Assuming I haven’t completely spaced on everything and we still need one, I would suggest Lore.
 
We also need to decide who takes the seat I held, it has to be one of us. @Lord Dominator do you wish to return to the Bar Commission or would you rather I took that work? (I feel like @Wymondham has enough administrative duties as Chief Justice).

While I am normally inclined to hold onto it, I wouldn’t mind someone else having a go - if for no other reason than the fresh perspective
