The Security Council,

Ascertaining that regions across the plane of existence face danger from reckless marauders aiming to destroy all that they lay eyes on,

Praising the growth of emerging regions across the world, establishing themselves as prospecting Frontiers which cultivate their region for the entrance of new nations into their lands, and determining Magna Aurea as one of these regions, its budding towns and villages expanding into the golden horizon,

Understanding the threat that Magna Aurea faces from hordes of invaders is imminent, its walls and fortifications sturdy yet young, powerless to stop the advance of the conquering armies within its borders,

Supporting the endeavors of Magna Aurea and its residents in whatever aim they choose, with the knowledge that their stories deserve to be written by their own directive, not under the duress of others,

Establishing this proposal as an effort to preserve the longevity of Magna Aurea, a defensive measure to stave off the forces of evil wishing to rend it asunder, a seal of strength guiding its journey per aspera ad astra,

Affirming the consent to this proposal by multiple natives of Magna Aurea, including Plebeian Tribune Ovenerium and Aedile Corpseistan,

Hereby Liberates Magna Aurea.

Overview
This proposal seeks to liberate the Frontier Region of Magna Aurea, which has fallen.This proposal, if passed, will prevent Magna Aurea from being passworded, allowing the region to be reclaimed for the native residents.

Recommendation
Yet another Frontier has fallen, and yet another harmless native community has been displaced. This liberation is one of two tools in the arsenal, and is vital to the liberation of Magna Aurea. With this and an injunction, Magna Aurea will not be able to be claimed as a trophy region, and will be returned into the hands of the native community.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the Security Council resolution at vote, "Liberate Magna Aurea".
