The Security Council,

Believing in the sanctity of any region’s right to determine their own path and future, free of forceful intervention or hostile takeover by outside forces in an age where destruction is a far too simple fate for many regions,

Witnessing in horror the seizing of Yessssss, a foundling community born in the age of Frontiers, held now at the mercy of invading militaries from across the world,

Certain that Yessssss has, as a product of its youth, not accrued the necessary defenses to successfully repel or weather such an invasion without immense harm, leaving it vulnerable to an early death at the hands of their occupiers,

Asserting that though Yessssss has not made a name for itself in the halls of history, it is this institution’s duty to preserve the integrity of a region’s fate, be that as a quiet home to its dedicated few or as a name that will make its mark on this world,

Understanding that the greatest threat to facing Yessssss is being forever locked away behind invader walls, a fate that has befallen too many regions at the hands of the malevolent hordes,

Hereby Liberates Yessssss.

Overview
Should this resolution pass, game mechanics will prevent Yessssss from having a password imposed. The proposal argues that this is necessary due to a number of raider regions, led by Ijaka, invading the region en masse, and should the invaders be able to impose a password, it will become much easier for them to refound the region to seize it as a trophy, thereby destroying the presence of its native community. The proposal is intended to go along with another injunction resolution, which would prevent the region from being converted into a stronghold and converted into a raider trophy through those means.

Recommendation
The target region simply holds an innocent community which was unjustly invaded for no apparent reason other than the entertainment of its invaders. While this resolution will not end the invasion, it will make it significantly more difficult for the region's community to be destroyed, especially along with the injunction resolution which would reach vote immediately after this resolution.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the at-vote SC resolution, "Liberate Yessssss".
