The Security Council,
Recognizing that
England, having existed for over two decades but with its current founder and Governor an unreliable leader, oft vanishing for years at a time, placing it under constant threat, and opening up the region to constant attacks and invasions, most notably the recent occupation of the region in March 2023 that lasted for nearly two weeks,
Noting that the region’s community has continued to persevere and weather these invasions throughout time, remaining active and cultivating their own vibrant culture free from interference by outside forces when possible, and resisting attempts to quash them and their livelihoods,
Wishing to ensure that England does not fall prey to the newly found tactic of transitioning regions to and from an open Frontier, which may allow outside forces to permanently take the crown of the region and deprive the natives of control over, or even access to their longstanding home and undermining the accumulated defenses of the natives over time to do so,
Noting that previous action in this hallowed chamber has resulted in the gates of England becoming unlockable, ensuring that the region is not burned, pillaged, and refounded by enemy forces, but that this does not prevent the transition tactic mentioned in the previous clause,
Ensuring that the natives of England wish to secure their region by using previously mentioned methods to crown a new Governor of England on their own time, but have signed off on this effort to ensure and maintain the safety of their region until such the laborious endeavor can be undertaken safely and without interference,
Hoping to ensure that the English natives may continue on in their peaceful settlements and homes, ruled by a gentle leader and free from the thought of obliteration or being forced away from their lands, so that they may continue to maintain and grow their community for years to come,
