The Security Council,

Disappointed with The Frontier's completely unimaginative and generic name, giving the region no character besides being a Frontier, something that will surely disappoint newly founded nations entering The Frontier;

Noting that The Frontier's flag is covered in dust, which shows the region being in obvious disrepair and dirtiness, showing The Frontier being completely unsuitable for being a Frontier;

Scared that the flag's red looks similar to watered down blood, which has frightening implications for new nations that decide to spawn;

Laughing at The Frontier's negligence in beginning their actual transition to a Frontier at the time of this writing, a clear sign that The Frontier's government is not capable of handling an influx of nations if they cannot even live up to their name;

Believing that it would be absolutely hilarious if The Frontier could never actually become a Frontier;

Hereby injuncts The Frontier.

Overview
This proposal seeks to injunct The Frontier, a region maintained by the Order of the Grey Wardens to help gather newly spawned nations by eventually converting it to a frontier. It justifies this by arguing that the target region's flag merits injunction, whose being "covered in dust" allegedly demonstrates that the region is "completely unsuitable for being a Frontier", and whose colouring "has frightening implications for new nations that decide to spawn". The resolution further notes that the Frontier, as of writing, has not yet begun transitioning to a Frontier as reasoning to injunct it; as well as arguing that it would be humorous for the region to be unable to become a frontier.

Recommendation
Injunctions have serious effects on the regions they target. We ought not to injunct regions simply because it may be endearing to some, and thus we cannot even stand the risk of this proposal's passage. This issue is amplified by the proposal explicitly citing as justification that "it would be absolutely hilarious if The Frontier could never actually become a Frontier".

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the Security Council resolution at vote, "Injunct The Frontier".

Injunctions were not made for shits and giggles my friends. Against.
 
Against. SC humour need to be quite specific and this does not meet the criteria for it, notwithstanding that the author said it'd be "hilarious".

It's not easy to get the humour right, NS Got Issues require humour that suit a 10 year old (due to the presence of class nations), SC humour is a bit acidic, obviously the humour gets more adult as you go to the Strangers Bar and then maybe the Diogenes Club. This is not an easy endeavour so I am willing to cut the author some slack. But still Against.
