The Security Council,
Gleefully commencing the storied tale of
Kuramia with their immediate impact as a new
Europeian citizen in the region’s Citizens’ Assembly (CA) where their dedication to the body, extending to service in many CA positions–most notably two terms as chair–boosted participation by keeping tabs on citizens' activity, fueling meaningful discussion on regional issues, and introducing deputy work division to the CA. This work proved crucial to the CA’s becoming both a venue for new citizens to make their name and a prime example of citizen inclusion in law-making processes for other regions to emulate;
Extolling Kuramia’s subsequent ascent to the Senate where their contributions helped build the foundation on which the Europeian government sits; in their three terms to date, they played a major role in clarifying legislation on classified information and protected areas, establishing a long-sought system to provide legal education, enacting a process for obtaining Europeian citizenship, and building on their considerable experience in the prized CA to reform said institution;
Toasting Kuramia’s work to promote Europeia on the world stage as their shift in focus to the executive government brought their first term as Minister of Foreign Affairs, followed by two more later in their career, in which they fostered friendship and goodwill between regions by:
- trumpeting the importance of lively social events with friendly regions
- assembling treaty templates and collating information on partner regions for future staff to utilize
- resuming the tradition of producing and publicizing high-quality dispatches on Europeia’s internal happenings
- deepening bonds with existing allies like the Land of Kings and Emperors (LKE)
- initiating relations with several developing regions
- successfully forging long-lasting camaraderie with friendly regions, notably through a treaty with Caer Sidi;
Lauding Kuramia’s success in furthering Europeia’s media scene, exemplified in their four terms as Minister of Communications and two-and-a-half terms as Minister of Radio, during which their contributions paved the way for the quality of output and international success of today’s Europeian Broadcasting Corporation. Their dedication shone in numerous ways, including:
- centering radio shows on the most-desired, highest-quality content
- harnessing their love of spreadsheets to bring structure and strategy to the ministry via new tracking and incentive systems
- advocating for, implementing, and expanding Europeia’s dispatch program, including by running it for many terms
- overseeing the publication of many dozens of articles and radio shows
- spearheading the use of social media to connect with a larger audience;
Observing the pinnacles of Kuramia’s history–their excellent leadership at the helm of Europeia’s executive branch, exhibited in their steadfast guidance of the region through its transition from a single president to a dual executive. In two terms as Chief of State, including the office’s inaugural term, Kuramia revived the Europeian Republican Navy (ERN); helped defeat a deceptive attempt to condemn Europeia’s close ally, the LKE; and declared an end to the war with the New Pacific Order, paving the way for the friendship that has since grown between these two regions;
Knowing that Kuramia continued to leave a lasting impact, particularly through two-and-a-half extraordinary terms as ERN Grand Admiral, where they adeptly navigated the political landscape and pivoted the ERN to a more defender-aligned operational focus while maintaining the navy’s stance as an Independent military. Additionally, Kuramia’s singular ability to inspire led the ERN to achieve record highs of citizen involvement, and the Fleet Wars contest they devised to spark activity spurred the navy to perform strongly in the inter-regional military scene, including at the Defender Olympics;
Impressed by Kuramia’s consistent emphasis on fostering ambition and competence in new citizens, whether through establishing the Leadership Development Program as Vice President, which introduced many newcomers to the inner workings of the Europeian executive; through promoting foreign affairs experience by reintroducing the ambassador program, mentoring and encouraging others to mentor new staff, teaching staff how to establish their ambassador identities, and stimulating discussions on foreign events; or through recruiting and integrating new nations into Europeia’s legislative process, including mentorship of citizens in the CA and work on the CA’s training program curricula;
Delighted to conclude that Kuramia is a nation of fun-loving chaos-mongers whose sharp wits and generous souls have made an irreplaceable impact on the multiverse through their unfaltering commitment to excellence, serving as an admirable example for other nations to follow;
