The Security Council,
Establishing Islamic States as a region which has devoted its resources to supporting operations of colonialism and oppression against innocent regions,
Aghast that the custodial nation of the region, Islamic states, has rapidly collapsed into a state of nothingness, compelled by miraculous factors beyond the understanding of the world’s governments,
Concerned that the malevolent forces of invading will attempt to secure their effective puppet state from counter-invasion, thereby denying the scorned and mistreated regions of the world a chance at an act of justice,
Calling upon the nations of the global community to spread the Security Council mission of international peace and goodwill by permanently silencing the target region through counter-invasion as retribution for its crimes,
Hereby liberates Islamic States.

Overview
This proposal seeks to liberate Islamic States, citing the disappearance of the "custodial nation" by miraculous factors, and concerns that the "malevolent forces of invading" will attempt to secure this region from counter-evasion.

Recommendation
This region’s founder was deleted by moderation for persistent violations of the rules surrounding nations in the World Assembly—namely that they often had more than one in that body. Separately, this region has engaged in consistent support of the Brotherhood of Malice both by being a diplomatic ally and supporting them militarily. Taken on the whole, liberation of the region at this juncture is more than justified.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends For the Security Council proposal at vote, "Liberate Islamic States".

Considering the DEAT founder, one of a handful of reasons this was submitted, was a mass WA cheat (Sedge confirmed as much in the forum thread), full support. For.
