Security Council Resolution #398 “Liberate Confederacy of Layem” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Acknowledging that the intent of Security Council Resolution #398 (SCR #398) was to strike down the fortifications placed upon Confederacy of Layem in order for judgement of the region to be directed by the international community.

Understanding that the purpose of SCR #398 has been carried out through an occupation of the region by over 109 nations under the banner of Antifa, demonstrating the will of the international community against the region.

Asserting that permanent security measures to prevent the reestablishment of the old regime within Confederacy of Layem cannot be implemented unless SCR #398 is repealed.

Further maintaining that a repeal of SCR #398 does not in any way disprove the claims it has made about the necessity for the pacification of this region.

Noting that the Founder has been vapourised by an act of a deity, preventing their return to the region and ensuring the permanent pacification of the region for as long the multiverse exists.

Believing that SCR #398 has fulfilled its goal of removing barriers of entry into Confederacy of Layem and must now be repealed in order for the full destruction of the region to be complete.

Overview

This repeal targets the recently passed "Liberate Confederacy of Layem". Passage would allow the imposition of a password on Layem, permitting Antifa allied forces to refound the region.

Reccommendation

As mentioned in the Information for WA Voters recommendation issued for "Liberate Confederacy of Layem" this region tarnishes our world with a long history of transphobia, intolerance, antagonism, and infiltration directed at other communities. As such, the international community has seen fit to annihilate the region so that there will be one less home for bigotry. This repeal is an essential part of that mission, as it is unlikely that allied military forces will be able to successfully refound the region without the imposition of a password. For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends voting for the resolution. This voting recommendation was written in collaboration with our World Assembly Legislative League partners.

Repeal: "Liberate Confederacy of Layem" was passed 15,215 (93.0%) to 1,152 (7.0%). This is the 1st Security Council resolution passed by both Waterfall State and Miravana.
