Section 2:
Raw Economic Data
The figure for Esthursian GDP is currently at 5,171±2 billion IBU according to preliminary estimates for Q4 2021. This would be approximately 3.1% higher than this time last year, as of estimates in January 2022. This leaves per capita GDP at 39,282 IBU.

The Esthursian arian is currently worth 1.53 IBU as of 28 January, 2022, 01:45 Weskermere Winter Time. The trend over the last month has been bullish, however this is partially due to a recovery from a fall in Autumn 2021. The rapid rise in the 2010s following the market crash in 2010 is not expected to continue.

Inflation is estimated at 2.4% for November, up from 2.1% on last November. It is expected that the inflation rate continues to hover between 2 and 3% if the growth rate meets or remains near expected levels.

The unemployment rate is estimated at 3.9% for Q4 2021. This is stable when compared to Q3, 0.2% below Q2, and 0.3% below Q1. It is expected that the unemployment rate will remain around 4% if the growth rate remains near expected levels.

House prices rose 1.4% year-on-year in 2021, following a large scale construction project by HRH Government, reducing the excess in demand. As such, homelessness rates also fell year-on-year for the first time in 11 years in 2021.

Wage growth remains relatively high, at 4.4% as of Q4 2021. This leaves the average salary at just over 33,000 IBU.
