Temporary Election Commissioner (1/22)

With @Fregerson and @Gorundu entering the January '22 General Election, we are down to 4 available election commissioners, which is below the minimum of 5.

I propose appointing Prydania as temporary election commissioner to fill the 5th spot.

@Dreadton, @Vivanco, @Peeps , any alternative suggestions or are you all good with this?
