you can still register. you are simply unqualified as long as you are in top 50. but if you fall outside the top 50, you'll qualify again.

dunno you could flood the other farmers with high-value cards and increase their scores so you become top 51

just an update to explain we're relaxed the rules.
Now everyone is qualified.
top 50 will be excluded from 1st win favoritism but otherwise they can also win cards.

Yes, everyone is elligible. top50 only exclude from being sure to win 1 lottery.
we change the rules ot allow all card farmers to participate.
