The Security Council,

Noting the founderless, passworded state of the region New Western Atlantic (NWA);

Understanding that striking down this password will allow the region to be brought under the control of the inter-regional community;

Abhorred that the NWA, in lieu of traditional methods of recruitment, absorbed and integrated communities of other regions, such as that of Norden whose unique community was destroyed after merging into the NWA;

Disgusted by the NWA’s association with a myriad of questionable and undesirable regions;

Disappointed by the NWA’s unapologetic tolerance of problematic nations and dangerous content such as fascism and anti-semitism;

Horrified by the actions of the NWA's most prominent nations who weaponised and non-consensually distributed the sensitive private information of the leaders of other nations;

Alarmed by the clemency given by the NWA to nations who distributed the aforementioned information;

Knowing the NWA’s community relocated to the New Western Empire for security purposes when its founder ceased to exist, though has failed to adequately self-improve to provide a safe and inclusive region for its nations;

Seeking to set an example of the consequences of the NWA’s actions in hopes of preventing other regions from making the same mistakes;

Hereby liberates New Western Atlantic.

Overview
This resolution seeks to liberate, and thus remove the password protection of New Western Atlantic (NWA); a region which the resolution contends has facilitated the doxxing of various individuals, tolerated and played host to vile ideologies such as fascism and antisemitism, destroyed entire regional communities, and has maintained embassies with problematic regions. The resolution maintains that liberation and takeover of NWA should occur in order to make an example out of them; thus deterring other regions from going down a similar path.

Recommendation
There is enough evidence to conclude that the assertions made by the author here are valid. The severity of the actions undertaken by NWA and its member nations, especially those regarding doxxing players, warrant not only condemnation and scorn in the strongest degree; but also intervention from the inter-regional community. We agree with the author that an example must be made out of NWA in order to send a strong message of deterrence. Furthermore, we believe that the liberation and seizure of NWA may prevent further harm from being inflicted in the future; at least with this particular region. For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the Security Council Resolution at vote, "Liberate New Western Atlantic".

I should note that if anyone has questions about the NWA/E (PM/DM me, I’m a former native) and if you have questions for the author, do so as well, because I can get those to him easily.
 
This proposal has achieved the necessary approvals to enter the formal queue. Barring it being withdrawn or marked illegal, it will proceed to a vote at Minor Update on Thursday, September 2 (if "Repeal: 'Advancement of Anti-Fascist Action'" makes the queue and holds until vote) or Sunday, August 29..

While it's a dead region now, it was home to doxxers and Andy, a former NWAer, would like to punish that behavior.

Also August compared the author to doxxers when they never doxxed or did anything of the sort so uh yeah
