Temporary Election Commissioner Appointment

@Eluvatar has lost citizenship and therefore has vacated the office of Election Commissioner. Considering this along with the fact that Election Commissioner @Dreadton is currently running in the September 2020 General Election, the total number of non-absent Election Commissioners has fallen bellow five. Therefore, in order to bring the number of non-absent Commissioners back to the legal minimum, @Cretox State will serve as Temporary Election Commissioner until the next confirmed Election Commissioner is sworn in.
