Introduction and few questions

Hello! I'm glad to be there on the forum, even though it's a bit confusing with so many goals and activities here. Also forgive me for any spelling and grammar mistakes, as English is far from my native language and I had to learn most of it on my own. Anyway, I hope we can all get along :)
As for introduction- not much to say about me as a person, I'm just a teenager trying my best, a retro tech and pokemon enthusiast. On NT I own the nation Jerzykowo, and it got quite big and developed, so I decided to engage in the game more :)

Now for the questions- I am intrigued by forum's rank/role system, mostly on how does star rating work (I saw citizen with 3 stars or Supporter with 1 star, for example). Second one is- what would you suggest a newbie like me? What can I do in terms of engaging with community and developing my NT nation more?

Regarding the forum roles, these correspond to in-game positions within The North Pacific. Generally speaking, the more stars a rank has, the more important it is deemed. These roles aren't just handed out to anyone though, and follow the structure as shown in the government tab: https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/pages/govt/ . Personally, I don't pay much - if any - attention to the actual badges, because I find it much more interesting to just be actively engaged in the community, and everything else follows.

For a newcomer to The North Pacific, now that you're on our forums, I would start by applying for citizenship here: https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9145386/
Following that, the best way to become engaged is to join the Executive Staff (https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/7198621/ ) and/or the North Pacific Army (https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9145375/ ).
