Isn't it convention for Delegate to vote the way Citizens on Forum vote by majority?The forum vote is, by my count, a tie. The consensus within the Ministry of WA Affairs is leaning against. As such I will be casting an Against vote.
Yes. And I've done that consistently as Delegate. And seeing as this vote now tied? I am voting via the consensus within the Ministry, which is Against. From what has been posted the main concern is that nations can choose to use capital punishment. The fact that these concerns have been brought up, however, shows that capital punishment would not be used very frequently (at least by the nations within our region).Can you elaborate on how that makes sense?
