Please stop spamming the court. They have provided you with the means to file a proper criminal complaint. Look here https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9192135/ use this template. Claiming innoncence while spamming does nothing to help you but everything to hurt you. Do it right and they may be inclined to give you a day in court.

I do not see any filing of any sort in this thread and I will, therefore, lock it. Repeatedly starting threads stating only that the Delegate has banned an innocent nation is not an appropriate use of this forum, if you wish the Court to take an action, you should file an proper request for it to do so.
If you mean to file a criminal complaint, you must do so by filing a request for indictment in the form indicated here. If you want to seek judicial review of a decision of a government official, which may include a decision of the Delegate to ban a nation, you must do so by filing a request for review in the form indicated here.
You can also take up any grievance you have in the Regional Assembly and seek answers from the Delegate there or attempt to recall them.
