As a reminded to the Prosecution, the evidence linked in the indictment does still need to be authenticated in some manner.

At this time, I will be setting the Evidence Submission to last a further 7 days, in recognition of what needs to be authenticated.
Acknowledged, case concluded then I guess.
I would like to note for the record that it is not possible to drop charges "with prejudice".
It is indeed not, the dropping of charges was what was recognized, not that part.
