Opening Statement: May - September Term

I refer to my prior statement. I thank @El Fiji Grande for the appointment.

For my Deputy Appointments, I will be reappointing @Owenstacey and @Malphe. I have been impressed with both of their work over the past month.

I will also appoint @Vivanco as a Deputy Minister. I have been impressed with Vivanco's service as an Ambassador and believe this appointment is fitting.
