Indictment:Indictment
Defendant: Madjack aka St George
Plaintiff: The North Pacific
The Office of the Attorney General humbly requests that the Court initiate proceedings in regards to the PLAINTIFF charging that the DEFENDANT did commit several criminal acts:
Specific Offenses/Criminal Acts:
Relevant Laws:
- Conspiracy to commit Treason: Madjack planned to offer material support (such as military movements or favorable WA votes) to the NPO for purposes of undermining the lawful government of The North Pacific.
- Conspiracy to commit Fraud: Madjack planned to falsely cast El Fiji Grande as a spy, to damage his reputation and reduce his chances of being elected delegate. Madjack would benefit from this outcome, because he disagreed with El Fiji Grande's delegate platform, and is also a candidate for delegate himself.
- Gross Misconduct: Madjack violated his sworn oath of office by failing to "act only in the best interests of The North Pacific, not influenced by personal gain or any outside force". In this matter, he acted against the best interests of The North Pacific by seeking to fraudulently disrupt the delegate election, and he was motivated by personal gain, since his stated motivation for contacting the NPO was to prevent El Fiji Grande from implementing policies he disagreed with, and because he himself entered the delegacy race shortly thereafter.
- Conspiracy to commit Gross Misconduct: In this criminal plot, after Madjack had assumed the delegacy, he planned to continue to act outside the interests of The North Pacific, and under the influence of a foreign power, by offering the NPO a favorable treaty, influence on our military actions, and influence on our WA vote, in exchange for their assistance in helping him perpetrate the above crimes and win the delegate election.
- Fraud: Madjack intentionally decieved El Fiji Grande about the nature of his contact with the NPO by omitting key details. The motivation behind this has not been fully investigated, but plausibly, it was to mitigate the fallout of those contacts becoming public.

"Fraud" is defined as an intentional deception, by falsehood or omission, made for some benefit or to damage another individual.Legal Code Section 1.7:22. "Conspiracy" is defined as planning, attempting, or helping to commit any crime under this criminal code.Legal Code Section 1.8:23. "Gross Misconduct" is defined as the violation of an individual's legally mandated sworn oath, either willfully or through negligence.
Date of Alleged Offenses: May 2, 2019 and May 3, 2019
Summary of Events: Madjack initiated separate contact with two senators of the New Pacific Order, Elegarth and Xoriet, claiming that there were rumors that El Fiji Grande was a spy on behalf of the NPO, and asking for the NPO to publicly confirm them in some way, and thus damage El Fiji Grande's chances of being elected delegate, leading to Madjack's own election. In return for this favor, Madjack offered to, once he became delegate, negotiate a favorable treaty with the NPO and give them influence over our WA vote and military operations. The senators declined, and each of them then provided screenshots of the conversations to our delegate, and told Madjack that they had informed the delegate of the conversations.
Madjack then contacted El Fiji Grande the next day and gave an altered story about what happened previously, stating truthfully that he had contacted Elegarth asking if El Fiji Grande was a spy, and offering a treaty to remain silent about the conversation. He omitted that he had then gone on to request that the NPO confirm the false rumors and offered them influence over our military operations and WA votes in exchange.

Conclusion and Recommendation: These crimes are despicable and well supported by evidence. I recommend that a trial commence as soon as possible. If a guilty verdict is returned, I would recommend removal from any government offices Madjack holds at the time of sentencing, and other punishments lasting at least several months, to possibly include a ban from holding government office, suspension of citizenship, a ban on voting in the Regional Assembly, forum WA votes, and elections, or even a full posting ban.
