PS. My previous Citizen Application was rejected due to Mobile IP address. But unfortunately, I use a "Portable Broadband Device" called JioFi which works on the same mobile technology. (pretty popular in India and don't need a wired connection). I've even provided proof to McMasterdonia for the device I use. He directed me to re-apply with the proof. Pasting it below:

Pallaith has noticed that I failed to read the post earlier correctly and he has not actually passed Andrew. Two names starting with Andrew in quick succession confuzzled me. Andrew's citizenship revoked, sorry >.<

Apologies, I’ll be sure to add adequate spacing in future so names can be clearly distinguished.
It is my practice not to complete a check for applicants who fail or are pending admin action if the admin posts before I do, which also may have played a role.

Having said that, @Andrew fails the Vice Delegate check.
