we are founded by three companies that have recently merged and now dominate the majority of Norsia's telecomms market share. and we have been brought to task on fixing and modernizing our nations telecommunications infrastructure. we have the funds and the means to do that, however we lack the tech to actually modernize the infrastructure and it would take years we cannot afford to design and modernize the tech ourselves.

So we are looking for foreign partners to help us fast track Norsia into the 21st century.
we need to modernize servers, our computers, our towers, landlines, everything. it needs to be brand new. not a single meter of the civilized parts of Norsia can be without service!
