Minister Appointment
Following Zaz's resignation, I hereby appoint Loz as Minister of Defense.
Loz is a tremendous asset to the NPA with plenty of experience in planning and executing operations. He also has more time to devote to NS now that his RL demands have calmed down. I am confident in his ability to keep the NPA running as smooth as Zaz left it.
