Mondic/Predicean SAM Procurement Agreement

The Mondic military has struck a deal with the Predicean based Avion S.p.A and Leonardo S.p.A, approved by the Predicean Ministry of National Defense, to acquire the PANSAM, RADAR, and fire control equipment.

The stipulations of the agreement are as follows:
Avion and Leonardo S.p.A will-

1. Provide 15 PANSAM (truck mounted) launchers
2. Provide the RADAR and fire control equipment for said launchers
3. Have the equipment ready to be picked up in 3 months

The Mondic military will-

1. Pay a sum total of $855 million (IBU)
2. Be responsible for the transportation of the PANSAM and all of the other equipment
3. Not be allowed to reverse engineer the PANSAMs or the other equipment but can build missiles for the SAMs
4. Be allowed to purchase manufacturing rights for a 35% discount if desired

The Mondic military believes that the procurement of the PANSAMs will allow the defense of Mondic airspace to be easier to enforce without having to launch the Midland or Sultan squadrons.
