The D.D.M / Sutherland Federation Trade Agreement

After communing with Avalon Joss from the Department of Agriculture and having been informed with how the Government is just barely able to produce and import enough food to feed the population, I set out to find a nation that could provide enough food to meet the demand that the currently RM has.
After mulling over possible nations, I contacted the Arc-Wonderess of the Sutherland Federation, Nathan Jarreau. Nathan and I worked out an agreement that we believe will benefit both nations.

The Sutherland Federation, through the Dominion of Bereda, will provide:

-116,667,000 bushels of wheat (3,175,147 kg)
-116,667,000 bushels of corn (3,175,147 kg)
-Free Harbor for Mondic Ships to ensure the agreement is renewed until 2028

the food will be split up evenly throughout the year, which totals 9,722,250 bushels of wheat and 9,722,250 bushels of corn (19,444,500 bushels of food) each month.

The RM will provide:

-946,548,538 Monda (78,879,045 Monda / month)

This amount of Monda is equivalent to 45,616,797 Crests (3,801,400 Crests / month) or 1,140,419,925 IBU (95,034,994 / month)

The RM will also be responsible with transporting the food from the Sutherland Federation to The RM, the food will be picked up at the Harbor of Alderon Metro each month.

This agreement will last a year and, if both nations agree, can be renewed each year on it's anniversary. If it is not renewed by the deadline, then the agreement will cancel out, it can however, be brought back at any time if need be.

The Mondic Government believes this agreement will benefit both nations and bring the nations together.

The Sutherland Federation here speaking on behalf of the Dominion of Bereda does declare this agreement valid, right, and just. It is through negotiation, collaboration, and the assurance of mutual good that Eras shall come together for the creation of a better world. We are proud to have this agreement with the government of Midir. May the bond and relationship between these two nations be maintained and strengthened eternally. It is our hope that this agreement may be continued and renewed year after year. With the signatures appended here this federation does accept the terms and responsibilities listed in the agreement.
