I have had a "Cease and Desist" acted upon my avatar. As it contained the coat of arms of TNP - I have complied with the request and I now have the SPECTRUM badge as my avvy. I used to love watching Captain Scarlet when I was a kid in the 1960's. Now I know how Max Barry felt when he had a communique from the UN lol :) - but the Law is the Law.

It's not a big deal - no worries :). I find it quite amusing that you can use the flag in your avvy, which contains the crest, but not the crest in your own design. It is a bit daft. I always remember what Charles Dickens said about the Law lol ;)
