Deputy Minister Appointments

Hello everyone!

Given Yukkira's resignation and the amount of work we have to do here in the Ministry of Home Affairs, i've decided to appoint Tlomz and abc as additional deputy ministers. I know they will work hard and provide the level of expertise needed to run this ministry smoothly.
