In an effort to quicken the possible conclusion of the Civil war in Thederic Nors, and to prepare the country in advance for recovery, the Her Grace's Government of Thederic Nors would like to purchase the following.

Blueprints and designs, for Modernized Railways, and Train sets compatible with the Norsian 1067mm narrow gauge Network. Engines and cars.
Blueprints and designs for Factory assembly lines and their respective machinery, as well as better means of refining metal and Crude Oil.
Blueprints and Designs for better Electricity substations, power plants of any kind but nuclear. Better and potentially cheaper water purification.

Failing to obtain blueprints to make our own during the war and after, we would buy the materials and the assistance of foreign contractors to build them as fast as feasibly possible. It would stand to reason that we must warn potential contractors, that said workers will not enter Warzones or the potential warzones of Thederic Nors, we would go to every length to ensure their safety, and distance from the battlefields but the risk is still there.

Our budget for this Industrial reformation is 450 million Draaks, translating into 535 Million NSD.

We would also buy the Blueprints and designs of Pistols, Rifles of various kinds, Automatic, semi automatic, DMRs and full on sniper rifles.
Blueprints and Designs for better artillery and their shells. Mortars and their shells. and Grenades.
Blueprints and Designs Anti Air missiles and their respective launchers. as well as
Blueprints and Designs and Anti Tank weaponry, ranging anywhere from AT rifles to Anti Tank Guided Missiles.

failing to acquire these blueprints and designs to reform our military back into a proper Defense Force on our own during the war. we would buy these items in bulk.
Our budget for the purchase of these blueprints or the respective arms are 350 million Draaks translating into 416 Million NSD.

Due to Kanada probably joining the civil war in Thedric Nors soon, with our close ally, Maloria, sending troops to help, we would be thrilled to sell bulk artillery on the cheap. Kanada's military factories have specialized in military for the last year, and we have quite the stockpile.

Following the conclusion of the war, Qaiikh Energy United and New Age Tech of Iraelia would like to make a bid to construct a series of energy substations within Thederic Nors. No price will be stated outright, rather once the war is done, Her Majesty must deliver us specifics on the number of substations, risks in construction, and the desired location before we lay out a price.

We have assessed the damage to Electric infrastructure throughout the nation already, but we expect it to get much, much worse. we will take QEU and NAT on their offers once the war is over and we see the finalized projections.

The constant airstriking of RLA positions in Thederic Nors has raised a major concern with the royalist government, the lack of RADAR in this modern age is an untenable situation that can easily become a disaster. we would like to purchase Radar equipment to build stations. for both National defense and for future commercial use in our airports.

we add this demand to our list and fit it into our budget of 800 Million Draaks.

Kanada, while we are tempted to take the artillery you have offered to supplement our forces. we find the price to be a bit too high for what is offered. we cannot accept this deal as it is.

The Empire of Bravaedia would allow the Bravaedian State Rail Authority to transfer some designs for civilian locomotives as well as approximately 15,000 contractors to spur railroad modernisation, depending on the amount of money the rail modernisation programme has earmarked.
