I am planning to discuss the possible closure of the embassies that have not been as active as we'd like. You'll find a list below of the embassies we have decided to discuss regarding activity and involvement with the North Pacific.

  Nothing forum-side since January last year.
  
• Lone Wolves United
  
  No posts in their embassy since September '16.
  
• NationStates
  
  Nothing since January last year.
  
• The Independent Order
  
  Nothing since November last year.
  
• The Universal Allegiance
  
  Nothing in 7 months. Also not that active on their own forum.
  
• Vvardenfell
  
  Nothing since July last year.
  
• Wintercrest
  
  Nothing on our forums... ever.

Those are all pretty significantly long stints of inactivity, don't see much reason not to shutter these.

I would suggest one added embassy which is DC9, despite being ambassador for that region I believe it is a clear candidate for closure.

DC9 is a new embassy for a new region. We tend to give them a grace period.

Any that aren't treated and active for more than like 6 months get rid of. No point.
