Temporary EC Appointment

We are currently at four election commissioners, so we (by which I mean the remaining commissioners: myself, Syrixia, Eluvatar, and SillySting) need to promptly come to a consensus on one person to become a temporary EC.

Abc messaged me on discord to volunteer. I have no objections to selecting him. Additionally, I think selecting him would be wise because it saves us time reaching out and finding out if someone is actually willing to do it. Please post below if you agree, or if you have any other suggestions.

Sounds good! He's been active in gameside governance. I think he could do it.
