Here, the NWU members will vote and propose legislation for the sake of convenience and archival purposes. Please do not post in this thread unless you are an NWU member or an RP mod.

Result: Nogori is accepted as a trial member according to Article 2 of the NWU charter. A revote for wether or not to proceed to full membership is scheduled for February 26, 2017.

The Charter of the NWU shall be amended to read:

Article 11:

1. Any Member nation may decide to withdraw from the alliance in accordance with its own constitutional requirements.

2. A nation that chooses to leave the alliance must hold a referendum in said nation that has the support of no less than 50% of the voting population.

3. A Member Nation which decides to withdraw shall notify the Chancellor of its intention. In the light of the guidelines provided by the Charter, the alliance shall negotiate and conclude an agreement with that nation, setting out the arrangements for its withdrawal, taking account of the framework for its future relationship with the alliance.

4. The Charter and other agreements shall cease to apply to the nation in question from the date of entry into force of the withdrawal agreement.

ARTICLE 11 AMENDMENT:

The chancellor calls to vote for the temporary ejection of Ninhudenland from the NWU after the recent events in the crown conflict.

1. The Republic of Ninhudenland (Hereby known as Nin) is to receive a temporary ejection from the NWU, as Nin has been deemed a threat to the other Alliance members.

2. Representatives from Nin to the NWU HQ are to be recalled, and have 48 hours to leave the NWU offices and return to Ninhudenland.

3. Economic sanctions are to be placed on Nin until further notice.

4. Nin is to be excluded from all NWU provisions, including the eased borders area, all NWU laws, and all NWU free trade provisions.

5. Refugees fearing their lives in Nin have 48 hours to evacuate and leave to Jacksonville, Goyanes, Selvaris, Andrenne, or Argonisi, according to their respective immigration and refugee laws.

6. Nin is to be removed from the NWU HQ and the position of NWU PM.
