Forum Mentors: Mentoring Program Thread

Also, if I may suggest, what I asked for in my last suggestion was the forum username, not a link named "Forum Profile". Getting the link to the forum profile is confusing, as it kind of implies sending an introductory PM.

If I may suggest the following formats?

PM:
Code: 
[url=<forum link>]<forum username>[/url] | <nation name> | Introductory PM
TG:
Code: 
[nation]<nation name>[/nation] | <forum username> | Reach-Out TG
Note that, for both, the link that's needed is right at the start, and is the only link provided, but at the same time the nation/forum name is provided so we can keep an eye on those if we want (most notably, the forum username is provided for both, which is useful for us since we're forum mentors and we should keep an eye on them on the forum.
