Varik had done all that he was able to up to this point, there wasn't much left in the red folder that he could propose, and so it had come to the point at which formal discussion was allowed in the headquarters. The Kaschovian Royal Consular had prepared for everything and was now ready to express their views.
On the Amendment to Article 3, Paragraph 1 on Word Usage
"Firstly, I'd like to thank all of the authors and the speakers who have represented their countries this far. All of the proposals have been great and I expect to see quite a lot of these getting passed soon. Concerning the mentioned proposal, the Kaschovian Royal Consular, as authors of this proposal, will obviously show support for it.
From the proposals and the approvals of before, we are assured that this amendment will pass with no problems. It is understood that this headuquarters is currently holding some of the world's best legislators, who without a doubt, would notice a mistake or a bad piece of legislation if they saw it. As of right now, not a single representative has shown disapproval to the first proposal at hand. It is a simple piece of adjustment, and should be voted upon as such."
A Motion for the Authoring of an Article on Run-off Elections;
"The proposal for the creation of an article outlining the procedure of runoff elections seems like a great idea to the Royal Consular. We have no issues with the idea, and would happily collaberate in the authorship of such an article. It is in our best interest to correct and expand on the constitution, and by passing such a proposal, we are improving that interest."
An Amendment to Article 3, Paragraph 2 on Borders;
"The idea of a visa-free travel zone for all citizens of Union states is one of which Kaschovia shows a great deal of support. Through our proposal for the creation of a Continental Railway, we have shown our approval of the idea. Us and the Xentheridan representatives are on very level terms when it comes the the Internal Free Travel Zone, and we'd like to see this passed as soon as possible. Discussions have already been commenced back in our respective nations on the possibility of driverless trains and computerized driver systems, so we think these concepts should be persued at any opportunity."
On the invitations of Ragnar, Navaronia and the Equestrain Commonwealth;
"The Kaschovian Royal Consular, in simple terms, heavily agrees with the recommendation for the invitation of the nations mentioned. It is essential that the Union keeps a very large member state roster, as the more views and opinions we have working on the Union, the more improvements we can make.
We believe that without the constant influx of local and new nations, the Phoenix Union will not be able to hear the opinions of fresh faces and fresh delegates. We cannot hold the same roster for every single session, and so we believe that with the addition of some great nations, the Phoenix Union will not only grow and make progress, but it will be an example to the nations of the world and of the Phoenix Strait."
Proposal for the Creation of a Continental Railway Line
"Kaschovia, as the authors of this proposal, have all the support in the world for it. This directly links with Xentherida's proposal, and Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the consitution. Borders are extremely important to the Union, and should be one of our first priorities. A conclusion concerning the borders of the Union should be reached fairly soon, this means passing the two proposals that benefit the state of the borders and ensuring that they pass quickly and with ease. Kaschovia also heavily recommends voting for this proposal."
Motion for the Creation of an Anthem for the Phoenix Union;
"An anthem for the Phoenix Union is a brilliant idea, but should not be the Union's first priority. Concept anthems are already bieng made by people, so I think we can all expect to respond by creating an official one. The Royal Consular is heavily in favour of the creation of an anthem. This, I believe, is all we have to say so far. If anyone has any questions or responses to this, please feel free to make them heard. The Royal Consular looks foward to hearing more opinions."
