Floor 774: A room that can let you teleport throughout time, space, dimensions, alternative timelines and makes sure whatever you do, it does not affect history or tear up the space-time continuum
 
Floor 780: My über-luxurious penthouse, which is also my office with a lot of expensive tech, decorations, food, magic items, advanced tech, other cool shit and thanks to British Sci-Fi technology, it is humongous inside (My home in Magicality City !)
 
The top floor of this never ending building: a portal generator which allows the TNP skycraper to be at all timelines and places at once for convenience. Structure shape is the same, but look is modified by the artistic flair of the place/time period. This means using the lift, you can see The mongols, future, an alien planet with human consumable air, Asguard, heaven, hell, cavemen, romans, british empire, WW3 aftermath. After the world heals from the WW3 aftermath. The beginning and end of time. Anywhere and everywhere. Cause this building HAS NO TOP. IT GOES ON FOREVER
