In compliance with the Foreign and Diplomatic Office's Directive on the Participation of Foreign Residents in the National Elections of their Country of Origin as well as Section 4, Subsection 2 on the Bylaws Governing Intergovernmental Cooperation Among Members of the Novrith Pact, the government of the All-House Union conducted a general mailing campaign of Plembobrian ballots to registered Plembobrian nationals residing within Myroria.

These ballots were collected at the Plembobrian embassy in Pelagis as well as Plembobrian consulates in the cities of Novrith, Quarrovth, Oramyn's Plantation, Traval, and Omaryseth. In addition to the reports undoubtedly given to Plembobrian authorities from the embassy and consulates, the Foreign and Diplomatic Office has prepared this summary of Plembobrian ballots.

Out of 25,560 registered Plembobrian nationals living in Myroria who are eligible to vote and were sent ballots, 16,416 participated in this election. The collected results are enclosed below. In the interest of full disclosure, the relevant authorities are reminded that authorized carriers and other workers of the All-House Union Mail Service handled these ballots.

Executive Office for Foreign Affairs

In order to give effect to the rights of Plembobrian nationals within the Confederacy, ballots were distributed by post to those nationals that were registered to participate in the election, who's registration was confirmed by Plembobrian consular officials. The Executive Office agreed to bear the costs of the use of the postal service in relation to the ballot. 4788 ballots were distributed to registered Plembobrian nationals, of which 2899 were returned.

The count was performed by Plembobrian consular officials in the presence of observers from the Executive Office and the results, which have likely already been notified by the consular authorities were as recorded in the annex to this missive.

In accordance with the request and under the guidelines of The Kingdom of Plembobria, Assembly of Plembobrian Citizens Abroad, an election has been held and results tallied. Certified mailings of ballots were sent to all registered Plembobrian nationals living in Ceretis who are eligible to vote, excluding St Owhela and other Territories who held a separate vote for their district. Sealed votes were returned and transported by authorized agents of the Republic Post. Out of 143,236 registered, eligible, Plembibrian nationals living in this part of the Kingdom Republic, 123,183 participated. The distribution, collection, and count of these ballots were conducted jointly with the Plembobrian Embassy officials located in Sion. The Election Assistance Commission has verified that all ballots were distributed, collected, and conform to the guidelines of the election requirements.

The Election Assistance Commission in conjunction with the Plembobrian Embassy officials report the following results:

Statement of the Foreign Ministry

The National Electioral Commission (NEC) ensured that Plembobrians people could vote on 06. 08. 2016. The NEC asked laymen to count the votes.
On this day, the total number of Plembobrians who were in Lorbank was 11,375 and there were 9,546 who were above the age limit. The turnout was 60%, so the total numbers are 5,707.

The voters could vote from 8 AM to 7 PM. The ballots will be sent to the Plembobrian capital, Rethel on the 10th of August from the port of Lisledo by ferry which will be guarded by the National Army.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Relations

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Relations in the Unified Military State of the Stanh Yerä, in collaboration with the Ministry of National Censuses, has released the following votes from the population of Plembobrians currently residing in the Stanh Yerä. The total population of Plembobrian residents numbered four hundred and thirty-one thousand, six hundred and eighty-three (431,683), and the voting turnout, consisting of those attending and eligible (of legal age(18) and not currently held under suspicion of felony or imprisoned for felony) to vote, numbered one hundred and fourty-seven thousand, two hundred and one(147,201), a turnout of 34.1%. Central Ballot Collection was in the city of Kolyan, and Ballots were held at all major cities and/or provincial capitols. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tanzä V'oram, certifies that these numbers are correct and without tamper.

As part of the duties of this National Commission under (NR-17 8324) The National ExPatriot Rights Protection Act have under the request of the Kingdom of Plembobria conducted an Absentee Mail-In Election of the 65,715 Legal Plembobrian Residents within the League of Itrea and the Alliance of Icetian States, of which 58,755 responded. This Commission now certifies the results of these ballots and that they have not been tampered with or altered in anyway.

These ballots where collected by the Under-Commission of ExPatriot Affairs overseen by Vice-Commission, Yulia Gerenta and delivered by the Vice-Commissioner, and an Armed Guard to the Plembobrian Embassy on the Island of Telena. Any concerns over the Ballots or the actions of this Commission should be directed to Commissioner Silecia Odina.
