(OOC: There is already an alliance of democratic nations in TNP. It's called the DU, or Democratic Union. I'd suggest you go check that out)
 
(OOC: I would assume those would fall very close to each other in function, unless I'm missing the point, which is possible. I'm getting wary of clogging up this IC thread with OOC comments, perhaps an OOC for this would be in order?)

Yeraennus, international alliances of political parties are quite common. i.e. the Progressive Alliance (of which the US Democratic Party is a member), or the International Democrat Union (which includes the US Republicans). That said, having political parties that believe in democracy is pointless in countries that bother with elections anyway.
