I'll be the Pigeonkind Confederacy, siding with the Great Compact as well. The Pigeonkind are a race of hyper-intelligent giant pigeons, with several breeds and sub-species, but the majority resemble the RL feral rock pigeon. The Pigeonkind are fascistic, ruling a thousand worlds through a feudalistic hierarchy of governance consisting of Flock-Lords and noblemen. The Pigeonkind, having industrialized in the last millennium, thrives on an ideology of class collaboration and militarism under the iron grip of a High Council, led by a Supreme President. Recently a messianic religious fervor has afflicted the Pigeonkind populace, which the High Council can hardly control.
