I would but Dalvius wouldn't actually be fit for either side due to Dalvius being an early FFT nation

This war could help me with the expansion plan for my country.

I will help Northern Scovia, as I helped them in the Regime War.

As the same, I have a larger navy than army. 8 battleships, 3 aircraft carriers, 45 destroyers, 12 submarines, and a couple hundred of smaller patrol ships. I want to join this war in order to get more ports.
