Hello, Could I Be Masked As An RP Moderator Per The Most Recent Selection In February? As For Evidence, My Name "@Blobs (E. States, Przej., Daang)" Is Listed In The TNP RP Discord Server's Mod List (In The Rules Channel).

I Have All Relevant Permissions In That Server But I Don't Have The Mask On This Forum.

You are an RMB RP Moderator, not a Forum RP Moderator. The mask here is only for Forum RP Moderators.

The tickbox on the form where you register to join the forums currently says "I agree to the terms and privacy policy."

I am asking for the tickbox to also require agreement to the forum rules, because:
  1. the rules are not explicitly mentioned in either the terms or the privacy policy, and
  2. it is stated in the rules that "Access to The North Pacific platforms is conditioned on your continued good faith observance of the Community Rules. Ignorance of the Community Rules is not an excuse for failing to observe their provisions." This implies that TNP believes that it is important that you not only follow the rules, but also that you are (at the very least) aware of their existence.
This change has still not been effected, almost a year after I asked for it.
