Dear nations!

On the 1st of September Lorbank celebrates the 150th Independence Day!
150 years ago, Lorbank got its independence on that day from Xentherida's predecessor nation Despotoa. This is a very big and serious point in the history of Lorbank.

Therefore the President of Lorbank wrote an invitation letter to all member of the NP. The Head of your State or your Government but the Minister of Foreign Affairs can come to this ceremony.

The government of Lorbank will be responsible to defend the visitors of foreign nations.
We just ask you to write the person/people who come and his/her/their title.

Yours sincerely,
The government of Lorbank

To: The Government of Lorbank
From: King-Regent Albert of McMasterdonia

I write to you today to congratulate you on the 150th anniversary of your independence. Independence is a tremendous aspiration for all colonies, and we congratulate you on your continued independence into the modern age. The Kingdom of McMasterdonia was previously a colonial power. Our former colonies include the nation of Archegnum, the nation of Anola, and the nation of Salvarity.

Independence has done wonderful things for all three of those former colonies, and in the modern age we continue to support the independence of sovereign states. We congratulate you again on your anniversary.

Unfortunately I will be unable to attend the ceremony, and neither will the Minister of Foreign Affairs. We thank you for your invitation and wish you the best of luck with your celebrations.

And what about your ambassador?
For a month, we have diplomatic relations.

mcmasterdonia:
OOC: You invited the head of state or the Minister of Foreign Affairs, not the Ambassador?
But if your head of state or head of government couldn't come, your ambassador represents your country in the festival.
