"I'm ready for Silliary"

The recently founded political action committee, Sillisary for the North Pacific continues to take the North Pacific by storm. The P.A.C was founded just days ago, on the 24th of August 2015, and since then, has grown dramatically from just three members to 17 members. If this result was to be repeated in the first round of voting in a Delegacy election, Silliary would be well placed to be elected Delegate of the North Pacific.
This is of course, largely conjecture. A lot will happen before the election. Will SillyString accept the ringing endorsement of her peers and officially announce her candidacy for the office of Delegate of the North Pacific? Assuming that she does, she will be well placed to make a strong campaign and to fight a fierce battle for the Delegacy.
The thoughts on most peoples minds are about who else might enter the race for the Delegacy. The incumbent Delegate, Eluvatar, a Council member of this Committee has ruled himself out from running for a second consecutive term. The only other known candidate at this time is Bootsie, the current Minister of Communications. Bootsie is yet to announce their campaign for the office of Delegate, but we assume such a campaign would build upon their successful term as Minister of Communications, previous service as Speaker of the Regional Assembly and various Deputy positions.
Such a campaign would surely be interesting and would hopefully be fought on the issues. Other candidates that have been mentioned include Cascadia, the Minister of Culture, and of course, Romanoffia. Though sources close to the P.A.C are confident that Romanoffia will join in and support Silliary for Delegate, given his well known support for the real life counterpart from which our PAC motto is derived from.
The Political Action Committee has currently raised close to 600 million NS dollars, and is more than prepared to start an aggressive advertising campaign to support Silliary for Delegate in the upcoming September election.

I don't mean that, i'm just not sure if Bootsie is playing as a woman or as a man, or as neither. Certainly I thought Bootsie was male, but then I was corrected and told he was female, and now Syrixia corrects me again.

I support Hillary and the Clintons, wouldn't describe myself as a fan boy though. I actually considered the idea first when I was reading an article that included a list of all the letters in a similar manner to Hilldogs logo. Plus I think "I'm ready for Silliary" and all that works relatively well.
We toyed around with different spelling Siliary, SilliSary, etc, and since then we've sort of swapped between various different spellings.
