You're free to organise exhibition matches for now, an actual tournament will happen at some point as well. I can scorinate results and post match reports, unless you or the person you're facing would rather do that.
If I am scorinating then I need a skill level between 0 and 10 (Naizerre, who I'm rping as one of the best sides in TNP has a skill level of 7.2) and a style number, between -5 and +5 (-5 being most defensive and +5 being most offensive).
