Does any of your countries have Disputed Territories in them?
If so do they have a separated culture and is historically marginalized? Are they trying to get independence from your nation?
I maybe be creating a Disputed Territory in my country at August when I'm allow to expand in the map again <_<
 
Although terrorists in Galacta have begun extreme independence movements, most nations recognize Nebula's claim to the land.
 
Most of us accept and acknowledge that Nessuno is both a disputed territory and a country. This is NationStates after all... If that's what he chooses to role play as, then so be it.

Well if you are a Disputed Territory, what country are you a Disputed Territory of? Your Claimed Area is bigger then mine until my expand goes on the map :L
