There was a slight delay, due to the fact a piece of wiring in the bomb was faulty, only discovered recently. While it was a somewhat unimportant wire, should it have failed, it could have caused the bomb to fail to detonate. However, that has now been fixed, and the bomb is officially now on the HMS Impression. All scientists are now permitted to examine the bomb.
In the mean time, we too agree with a file-sharing network between nations, and we have already made a prototype. The server is currently being installed, and is wireless. Under the name of "XNT" it is encrypted with our Class 6 V18-21 encryption, which, should any unauthorized personnel attempt to decode, changes itself repeatedly. However, for this particular server, each of the scientists and their computers have authorization, although this is only until after all data has been exchanged between nations.
OOC: At this time, I would recommend you RP'ing your scientists' time aboard the ship; examining the bomb, looking out to Death Atoll, talking with other scientists. That kind of thing.
