BREAKING NEWS! from The Kokyo Hoso Kyokai Nyusu.

The East of The United States of New Sekai Declare Independence:

The East of The United States of New Sekai now called The Confederate States of New Sekai, declare independence after reaching agreements at the peace talk at Könighafen Conference in Kaiserreich Kannex. Which began on the 7th April 2016, after the ceasefire of The United States of New Sekai's Civil War: http://forum.thenorthpacific.org/single/?p=8216756&t=7388037 . However, The United States of New Sekai's monarchy and the new government won't recognized the independence of The Confederate States of New Sekai, despite letting them having independence.

The people of The Confederate States of New Sekai are celebrating the independence. The people and the new government of The Confederate States of New Sekai declaring this day to be The National Day of The Confederate States of New Sekai.​

I'm declaring I'll be the leader of The Confederate States of New Sekai because I'm your leader who brought you the victory and independence!" (OOC: The reason why I give The East of The United States of New Sekai independence because I want to have The United States of New Sekai and The Confederate States of New Sekai be part of The North Pacific's Cold War, aswell make more tensions to the cold war.)
 
Syrixia believes that all people have the right of self-determination, and we believe that if they have a valid reason for independence and aspire to gain it then they should. The people in the CSNS seem to be happy with their independence, and thus we congratulate them.

However, we are wary of the Confederate government as it has been accused of corruption, which is what started the Civil War. We will be sending diplomats to New Shuto to investigate.

The Khan, despite popular opinion and the recommendations of the Grand Khural (which were, and I quote, "Bomb the living P***out of them.") will maintain our operations in the United States of New Sekai but warns we will not tolerate aggression against personnel in the region however we will not acknowledge the Confederacy as anything but a terrorist organization, put simply we say this "We are watching, keep your distance."
 
Dalies, regarding diplomatic relations with the United States of New Sekai, does not recognize the validity of the separate, sovereign body of the Confederate States of New Sekai.
